I had partnered with Albrecht Sign for several different jobs over the years. They have been professional, prompt, and reliable. The jobs were always completed on time with minimal issues. When issues arose, they were quickly resolved and Albrecht provided fantastic support. I could highly recommend.

I got 2 non specific seats and picked them up in the Metrodome. That all went well, but then they said my 2 specific seats weren't ready that I'd have to come back for them. I live over 6 hours away so its not that easy to just make trips up there. I sent multiple emails to them asking when they'd be ready and they'd always say they weren't ready. yet.

Now I waited around 3 months and they are telling me they sold my specific seats. They are a complete joke of a company. Thanks a lot for not communicating with me telling me when I could pick them up. Now I can't get the seats my girlfriend and I sat in for the last game.

In a world of computer generated messages, answering machines and few resolutions to issues it has been a refreshing change when dealing with Albrecht Sign Company about the purchase of our Metrodome seats! All of the staff have been so friendly, this process has been an overwhelming and daunting task for each of them but they have been cheerful. and helpful each time I have had contact with them.
