Sign Ups and Banners has been a long time customer. I have not ever received one of their products until today, and my first reaction was WOW! Be professional. If you have to, sign up your staff, entire staff. Classes on customer service, and winning points on how to be professional. Yes, your business has been operating for many years. How many owners have you had? Are you doing things the same way as you always have? Do you listen? How often do you follow up with completed orders? How many employees have you maintained for three years or better? This does not matter to me anymore but these are questions that your current, and new customers should ask. And you should also ask yourselves.

They have some very nice people working here. Always smiling and very helpful in answering your questions. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. You need embroideries done on some shirts? They'll do it. Need some signs made? They'll do it. Need custom koozies for your bachelor's party, they'll do it. You get the point, they do a lot of stuff here and they'll do it with a smile. Always a pleasure dealing with the people from Sign-Ups and Banners! I'm sure your experience will be similar to mine.

I phoned this location because it was close to where my Wife's hotel was. She needed 4 signs produced at the 11th hour! for a client and needed me to help. Literally she needed same day turn around. Robert answered the phone and quickly got what I needed squared away and to my delight could deliver the goods same day. Fast, friendly, good price.what more can I say. Well done guys, thanks.
