Use precaution when approaching this business. there is a very aggressive German Shepard that is kept on site. I thought the business owner should know that it nearly attacked me. The dog charged at me twice, barking until a woman, with a Solano Signs shirt, came over to restrain it. I find it very unprofessional to even have a dog of this demeanor to be off a leash and found it ironic that the woman had a leash in hand and claimed the dog wouldn't "do anything." Thank goodness my kids hadn't gotten out the car yet! This dog is a lawsuit waiting to happen! -- Not a Karen

Customer service is outstanding! Aaron at Solano Signs was able to help me with some vinyl wrap installed onto a custom glass piece for a client of mine. Being it the project was small, he was able to do the work while I waited and did a phenomenal job! After being turned down by multiple shops, Solano Signs was the only place that was confident enough to take on the task. Thanks for such great customer service, I'll be back!

Aaron and his team are on the ball and ready to serve! A couple of years ago I had a young lady put some lettering on my car and after time they had become sun burned. So in my search to find someone to refresh the window I contacted Aaron, the owner of Solano Signs. The price was extremely reasonable and included removal of the old lettering and installation of the new.
I told him the wording and font I was interested in. Later in the day he produced a proof for me and it looked amazing! We made an appointment for yesterday, Mon July 22nd. When I arrived Aaron had his crew get started on the window. Less than 30 minutes later the work was done!! As someone who is always on the go this was a huge plus for me! The window looks amazing and I'll definitely be referring people to Aaron and his crew at Solano Signs!

These other reviewers must work there. Over the past year we have experienced nothing but bad customer service, missed deadlines, and overall a bad experience. Today when I went to get the product that had been promised and was a little upset that it wasn't ready as promised, Nathan the associate became aggressive and told me "it's not going to be ready today, what do you want to do stand here and talk about it!?" Absolutely ridiculous behavior.
And don't get me started on the quality they have produced for the last couple projects they've done, and then wouldn't stand behind. find somewhere else, even if you have to drive

I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. Customer service has been horrible, went to pick up a product that our organization was told would be ready, not ready, told it would be done by the end of the day, go in 10 minutes before closing, nope. And when I became a little upset that it wasn't ready as promised, Nathan decided to become confrontational with me and tell me " well it's not going to be ready, so what do you want to do, just stand here and talk about it?" This is a place we had already spent close to 2k in the last couple months with more to come, and this is how we are treated?
Find somewhere else, unless you don't want your products when they tell you they are going to be done, and you want the person you are paying to yell at you because they didn't do what they said they were going to.

Unfortunately my experience was not good at all! We placed a Rush order for our senior cheerleaders at Rodriguez and all of them were misspelled. When we went to the company they had so many excuses and all they offered to do was cover it up. A misspelled word on multiple gifts that are supposed to be a keepsake for our girls is such a huge deal. It does not matter if it was a rush job or if the person in charge of ordering overlooked it.
If your specialty is making signs and/or personalizing then you should take pride in your work and want your customer to be satisfied and know that customer satisfaction is a huge deal. I always try to support our local businesses but this was such a poor job and the outcome was not good at all.

I had Solano Signs install vehicle signage for my dog training business, Walkie Doggies. The Owner messaged me back immediately, and I had an appointment set up with Nathan very quickly. This is a busy shop, but they are excellent at multitasking even while making their clients comfortable. Extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. I ordered a complicated set of vehicle signs that needed sizing and customization and Nathan helped design it within an hour.
Price came in under estimate. I am extremely thrilled with the results and have gotten enthusiastic inquiries as well as business from the vehicle's signage. The only reason I'm not rating five stars was because of timing issue related to installation. They told me they'd call to schedule installation, but I had to call them. Nathan was apologetic, but we had a hard time scheduling a time convenient for me. The wait was well worth the results and I am overall a very happy customer.

I've used Solano Signs a few times for banners. They always look great and have a pretty fast turn around time. The last time I went into purchase one was for my daughter's high school cross country team. It was a VERY last minute request and despite my unrealistic time frame owner Aaron and employee Nathan totally accommodated. The banner came out better than I imagined (as they designed it and knew what would look good)!
This is a locally owned business and the owners care, are kind and stand behind their product and jobs. Even when the order is smaller such as a banner, it's done properly and in a timely fashion. Thanks!

Needed a sign for a red wagon we going to use as a planter. The wagon-planter is a gift for my sister's 80th birthday, we wanted it look special. This is by far the best experience I have had at a sign shop. They are very professional and they do what they say that they are going to do. I called to get some vinyl signs done for my business, not only did they do a fantastic job but they were able to get it done in less than 24hrs. If you are looking for a sign shop that is quick, professional, do amazing work, and keep their word this is the place to go!

They are absolutely AWESOME! I am small business owner of JPR Training. I went in on Monday morning with a concept for my banner I needed on Friday for a function. The customer service was great! I spoke to the gentleman at the counter and he helped be design the banner right on the spot. He was very patient and creative. He made everything so easy and smooth.
He said I would have it by Friday. I was even more impressed when I got a call, the very next day, telling me I could come to pick up my banner. I needed to get projects done for the company I work for and Solano Signs Inc was suggested. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. They had a great attitude about everything, and when emailing them I get a response fairly quickly. I actually left my phone there last week and tone of the employees ( Which I wish I had his name) chased me down and handed me my cell phone.
So they have an honest and well mannered staff as well. All the jobs that I had to get done looked absolutely wonderful! I mad a mistake on my part, but they helped me out with a small reprint which they didn't charge me for. I am glad to have found them and if you want a great quality sign with amazing customer service, this is the place to go.

Nathan, Aaron, and the other guy (MAJOR Apologies - I didn't catch his name) were not only knowledgeable about there products, helpful in educating me about the installation process, respectful, and courteous; they all were patient and understanding of what my and my agency's needs were. Nathan worked with me to get the signage I need in within my time frame and budget.
There was an error in the color of my text and it was QUICKLY fixed in 20 minutes time. When I received the finished signage I was brought to tears. I am looking forward to doing future business with Solano Signs and will recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have tried to use them twice over the last few years and each time their customer service has been pathetic. Recently, I called to get an estimate to replace an outdoor sign they installed and they made me jump through hoops to give THEM information they should have had right in front of them (apparently they 'lost' the records on the original sign, but did have a more recent one they did).
Eventually I got them to agree to go out to the site to see what they installed and they scheduled a time to do a site visit. I tried to get them to narrow time a time so that I could meet them and they made it clear that it would be an 8 hour window and I did not need to be there. They said they'd just go and look at the sign and let me know if they had questions.
The day of, I was in meetings all day and they called me 3 times to schedule an appointment to go out. I couldn't call them so they never went. They knew it was an outside sign. They did not need me. When I called the next day to ask if they went, they said 'no' and gave no excuse, no apology and acted as if I was bothering them. After rescheduling, the guy on the phone hung up on me.
No goodbye, no "we apologize for the miscommunication", no "thank you", just 'CLICK' and dial tone. They never showed up for the second appointment. I try my best to use local companies whenever possible. But these guys are really bad. Never again.
