Mack Signs is the only sign shop that we use in town. They have hands down amazing service and a vast array of products to offer. I have never gone in with an idea and they were not able to bring it into production. Sue and the team have been doing it for as long as I can remember and their expertise and craftsmanship shows it. We recently noticed our office sign took a hit from this hot summer and turned completely black, almost unreadable. Since we are a medical office and a lot of our patients are elderly it was important to get something made quickly. I called Mack Signs and they went out an measured the space the same day. We wanted a larger sign this time and one easier to read from the street. Dealing with Lynda and Sue was a pleasure designing another one.

They sent out different options by email and made the requested changes. Before we knew it I received an email from them that the new sign was up already and they wanted to make sure we were happy with it. They offered to change anything if needed. Not necessary since it was perfect and will last longer than the previous one. It absolutely trouble-free dealing with this company, I would not hesitate to use them again and refer them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you all again!

I don't know how anyone could rate Mack Signs a 1 Star and I also don't know how else to thank Sue....so here it goes. Our dog went missing and someone suggested we get a banner made - so I went searching for someone who could do it quickly since time was imperative. Went to google and called another sign shop first they told me it would take at least a week. Called Mack Signs and spoke with Sue.

She was very sympathetic and even told me she thought she could rush it and get it done by the end of the day. Not only did they get it done by the end of the day but she even printed out some paper flyers for us. On top of all of that we went back a few days later in desperation mode to buy more flyers since ours were destroyed in the rain - she kindly and happily printed us new ones on the spot.
