I was referred to Seiz Sign Company by a friend and fellow business owner. I called Seiz Sign Co and the woman who answered the phone was not very pleasant at all. She was short and a bit huffy at my questions. When I asked how much my sign would cost she sounded agitated and said she'd have to call me back. I waited a couple of hours and no return call, so I called back.
The same woman answered and she acted like I was a nuisance. When I asked for her name she said, "that's not important." She then told me an outrageous quote. I asked if there was a manager I could speak with and she said they were not in but she'd take my info and have them call me back (which I've never received). The cherry on top is when she said I could just bring in cash within the next 30 mins I would receive a 10% discount. Rude, unprofessional, and unethical business manner. Lamar and Edwards were nicer and decently priced, so I'll be doing business with a company who actually cares.
