This company is a FRAUD! Do not attempt to do any business with him as he will not return calls or emails after he has either sent you a junk machine or sent nothing at all and taken your money. It was fine for the first few months but then when he sent me a bad machine things went south and he does NOT stand behind his word or anything he sells. In addition they are located up north and only use a PO Box in Austin as their “address”.

If you are lucky when you purchase a piece of equipment it will arrive missing parts and inoperable. If you are unlucky after they have your money you will never hear from them again or receive your equipment. I can't believe the local County Attorney has locked them up.

These guys deal in junk! They shipped the first printer which arrived in horrible condition and my techs could never get it to power up without adding parts. The replacement unit arrived 1 month later in better condition aesthetically however this one had issues as well and will not make a print. They stopped answering emails and phone calls even after multiple attempts. Also there "office" in Austin is a PO box located inside a UPS store so who knows where they are actually located.

We purchased a used large format scanner from them in April that arrived missing it's controller board. While they have repeatedly promised to ship it out "tomorrow" we have never received it. They now are no longer responding to email or phone and I have filed a dispute with the credit card company.
