Then when we were able to restart the project, they had all the information ready to go. We enjoyed working with them from start to finish and recommend them highly.

It takes something memorable to make me take time out of my day to write a review. That being said, I cannot begin to say enough about these guys. I called an hour from closing time in a panic with a rush project. I had some design but had a lot of questions. Let me tell you when I say I got 0 attitude and nothing but professionalism, I mean it. They stayed on the phone with me that day and the next morning when I went in, I was met with more smiling faces seemingly EAGER to help me out. Ian even recognized me just from my voice the day before. Tells you a lot about customer service.

The team worked hard and were able to get me back on track and my project finished on time. The quality of the vinyl I needed was A1 and perfectly on point with the designs we went over.

I had a very unpleasant experience with MI custom signs. They took much longer than was expected on the first sign which was not the right size that I was told was measured by their employee. It was another week to put up the second sign which I was over charged for and hadn't received the second quote until it was up, then tried to charge me for both signs even though I already paid for the first. Not very good customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend them.

They did a professional job on 2 signs for me with a quick turnaround, at a very reasonable price.

I found this sign company through Google. First, they were open during their indicated business hours and someone actually answered the phone, ten minutes prior to closing. Secondly, they took the time to ask and listen to the purpose of my call (remember this was at closing time).
