We can cut your sign materials using state of the art laser cutters that are accurate to. 001". There is almost no limit to the complexity of the shape.

Acrylic - 3/4" + depending on the color
MDF - 3/4"
Light Plywood (poplar) - 3/4"
Birch ply - 1/2"

We can apply custom vinyl to almost any type of apparel. Heat applied vinyl is perfect for small orders because it avoids the high set up costs for silk screening. Also, heat applied vinyl is usually a lot more durable than screen prints. Different colors can be layers to form complex logos.

We use ThermoFlex Plus because it comes in many colors and is very soft to the touch.
