I ordered a sign for my sister here & I loved the service I got. They were the only place that had no problem assisting me with the design I wanted & doing it at a reasonable price. They were very busy however communicated extremely well with me. Once I approved the design and paid my sign was ready really fast. I had the greatest experience purchasing a banner for my sons soccer team! The banner came out exactly how I wanted it. Yesenia was very helpful and courteous. I made the mistake of leaving the banner rolled up in a warm area that resulted in my banner getting a little damaged. I reached out to Yesenia and she was able to make a brand new banner for me free of charge. I highly recommend this place!

I've been doing small business with this company about 3yrs. Now. First of all the Customer serve is of paramount importance. Yesenia, is the receptionist who doesn't lie to you, if she tell you that she will get back to up, she does. Adrian is the owner who when your talking to him about your problem, listens and truly cares about the problem your having, he's their to help you.

I was recommended by a friend to get my neon sign here. When I first saw my finished product, I was happy with the sign itself but dissatisfied with the glass box/frame and black wiring. Which really didn't make the neon sign appealing. I drove back to Signs 2 Go Plus, and they were very helpful on helping me fix my problem. Yesenia brought out the mechanic Adrian, he was going on vacation the next day and spent the entire day on my neon sign. I actually felt really bad, haha. You guys are great. THANK YOU AGAIN! Great service!. Brought my truck here to have a decal installed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Erica, extremely nice and welcoming. Felt right at home. both her and the techs were very informative about what had to be done and the process. The price was fare as well. I needed my business cards, now, so that was taken care of first. The order was handled via phone and email so I didn't have to drive to their storefront until I was picking up my cards.
