Sign for my business was installed June 2021. It started deteriorating only 3 months later, September 2021, due to the edges not being finished which left exposed wood to the elements. I reached out asking it be fixed and was told they would do so. Never heard back. Have reach out numerous times since and continue to be ghosted. Now the sign is a complete piece of garbage. Awful craftsmanship and customer service

Curtis is a great guy he was able to fill my order quickly evwn though the signs were large. He explained that the vast majority of his work is corparate working with other sign companies. Only a small part is smaller sole proprieter businesses.very knowleable and professional.

Called and sent the the info and never heard back. If they are busy then say " we are not taking any new customers " don't just let us keep waiting and waiting

After waiting five months for my then current sign company to come back and add Pylon Signs, I saw Forney Signs working at a location across from my store. I stopped them and asked how soon he could get me the pylon signs I so desperately needed. I sent the artwork that afternoon. Signs were mounted seven days later. A sign company that actually answers their phone, communicates with you, has a sense of urgency, PLUS is cost effective won my business for both store locations.

Apparently this company believe that they are above the law. Just a few minutes ago one of their trucks was parked between 2 handicap parking spots, making it difficult for someone who actually has the RIGHT to park there. If they care that little about the handicapped community how can we expect them to care about customers? As a teacher of special education students I find their arrogance disgusting.
