Contacted Cimico Signs to get my hair salon windows done. During my first meeting I asked Robert if he could provide me with an estimate sometime for my storefront window. To my surprise, Robert called me right away to let me know he was on his way to the hair salon. When he arrived, he took measurements and got right on the job! I was quite pleased with the professionalism and respect provided by this company.

There are no words great enough to describe the feelings I have for this. He and the other workers definitely have their customer's best interest in mind at all times. I have done business with different types of companies throughout my life but this one top's them all! They were more than reasonable in their pricing and being on a "limited" income - that is important to me!

Working with Robert has been amazing. From the beginning, he helped taking our digital design and making it into reality. The professionalism with the design of our sign, to the measurements and the multiple times that he came by to our office to make sure we talked about all the details was. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. From the get go this was a project I want to have someone take on who have handled bigger projects before.

Been using Cimico for over a year now. From sign design and installation for my business in Fairfield, CA. I can say I highly recommend them for any graphic design and advertisement needs as well. Jackie & Rob are great and go above and beyond to fill their clients expectations.

Our company needs to partially wrap our vehicles with logos and contact information. We choose Cimico Signs because they have excellent reviews and a knowledgeable staff. Cody was assigned to our project and helped us with the design process. Cody listened to our ideas and created a custom design for each of our vehicles. They finished our first vehicle yesterday and it looks very professional! Only took a couple of hours and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend Cimico to wrap any company car.

It took a couple of weeks to receive the proof of the sign I wanted, and it almost felt like my order was forgotten, but Robert resolved the issue immediately and installed my sign the day after I approved the design. He was very friendly throughout the whole process and the sign was better than I hoped for. Also, all of the staff members I've spoken to over the phone were friendly as well. I am very satisfied with my order and my overall experience. I will be back again for their services in the future. I would recommend this company.

I was given the task to order new signs for an upcoming WDB Career Fair and had the pleasure to speak with Robert and receive a quote all within 24 hours! His customer service was incredible and he was eager to work with me to have this task completed. One day I asked Robert if my boss and I could come to the office and see the materials in person.

He advised that he will not be in the office, but he has staff that would be available to assist us. Today we went to the office and met Jackie. Jackie ALSO provided us with excellent customer service and addressed any questions or concerns we had. She took the time to show us various sizes and support mechanisms. We are VERY pleased with their products and can't wait to see how they execute our plans for the signs. Will definitely be back and keep them at the top of our list in the future!!

They have a bit of a reward program you can be a gold member if you spend a certain amount of money that put your name on the wall.

I will be coming back to get more graphic designing done at the store and I strongly suggest you do the same because there's a lot of variety here. And I can find you what you're looking for.

I found them here and gave number to husband to call because he needed a sign for real estates. He tried a few places and this place can deliver the same result for less within a short amount of time so we went with them. The guy Cody was very nice and helpful, he had to stay late to make the sign and we appreciate that.

I recently purchased some pop-up banners from Cimico for a tradeshow, as they offered the best price in the area. I had the designs ready to go, so I just had to email it over to them and they sent an approval file shortly after. Within about a week, the banners were printed and ready to go. I didn't check them when I picked it up, but we noticed there was a fairly large dent in the middle of one of the banner stands the next morning when we opened them up. Cimico arranged for a free replacement and we were able to get it in time for the tradeshow. Thanks again!

Awesome business. I was in and out quickly with my vinyl lettering and magnets done exactly how I wanted them; and at the right price. Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I am a small business owner as well so I hate to write a bad review about another small business, but this was necessary. We requested an estimate from this company to get our monument sign resurfaced and to update the electrical work on it. After two and a half weeks I called them back to see what the hack was going on. I talked to the guy who name is Robert.

He didn't even seem to remember who I was or what I was talking about. He started saying that he was going to make it worth being so patient with them and "he was going to take care of us". He got my name and information. He said he was going to call back right away with the quote. It has been almost 2 weeks and again, nothing. I don't know how they are still in the business with this kind of customer service.

These people have no professionalism at all. I'm surprised that they got five star reviews. Forget about completing the job they didn't even show a courtesy to give an estimate on a project. They must have so much business they do not care about getting new customers.

I just had a great experience with Cimico Signs. I needed to get a vinyl decal for our glass door entrance and the deadline was the same day. I noticed a few local sign companies that I have used in the past were closed, so I was desperately trying to find someone who could turn this around. Found Cimico on my map, received great customer service, they are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If fact, they actually cut my decal while I waited! Now I have a great local source for my signage needs.

Cimico signs were our knight in shining armor! We own another business and we had a horrible experience with our sign. We ended up paying $8500 for garbage! We still aren't 100% satisfied with our old sign. My husband found cimico installing in our area. Robert senior came out, met with us and he gave us so much hope. He understood our fear of having to repeat the last time around.
