Every adult member of the Family has a University business degree. Our education and experience causes us to look at the sign business differently.The principal owner of Signs Manufacturing formed several successful businesses for large and small corporations and was heavily involved in the marketing and advertising necessary to make a business successful prior to starting Signs Manufacturing with the Family. He saw an opportunity to build a sign company serving local and regional businesses that understood marketing issues, a huge void even today, to help customers become successful.
We understand what it takes to make a business successful, so we develop "looks" and processes that benefit our customers by giving them continuously better, more productive signs at continuously lower prices. Trembler Signs, PinLights, Sunburst LED Displays, LetterLites and SpectraLites Channel Letters, and solar powered signs, are current examples.
Underwriter's Laboratory has evaluated our sister products PinLights and LetterLites and they have been approved for use in outdoor, damp and wet location signs. UL Approval #E345252. They are the only approved individual LED first-surface lighting products. As the manufacturer we are very proud of this.
Signs Manufacturing has always been a leader in the development of new technologies for the sign industry. Our family's manufacturing, electrical, electronic, computer programming, and IT backgrounds often prove invaluable to our customers, particularly those with or desiring Electronic-Message-Centers.
The people at Signs Manufacturing are proud that we were the first (and remain the most) automated channel letter production facility IN THE WORLD. Signs Manufacturing helped design the equipment that every very large sign company now uses to produce channel letters.
We have manufactured illuminated channel letters from 7 inches to 25 feet tall (the largest channel letter ever made at the time!) Our suppliers tell us that we are the largest custom sign company in North Texas.
We have an extremely loyal workforce. All of our key artisans have been with us for at least 10 years; some 30 years!
Signs we have created has been featured in several national magazines, as well as newspapers, movies and commercials. We are also proud that we have repeatedly been chosen to conduct training seminars for Cities Sign Inspectors.

Signs Manufacturing designed and installed five new signs for the Parker County Sheriffs Posse. The signs look amazing and the team was professional and responsive. Doug Vrazo was our main contact and we were extremely impressed with his responsiveness and commitment to this project. We look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Exceedingly poor communication from Signs Manufacturing. The sales person says one thing. The sign tech says another. Then his boss doesn't return calls. Then the boss of the sign tech countermands what was agreed upon. This place is a mess. Find another sign company. I need a sign but not that badly. An all-round horrible experience. They still have my money by the way. UPDATE: No, unfortunately I have the right company.

This company completely dropped the ball on a sign I was told would be designed and completed in 4 weeks. Dozens of calls and 3 weeks later I received a sign proof that was way out of the price range I asked for and would never be installed before the opening of the new store. I would NEVER use this company due to the lack of customer service. Not listening or responding to their customer and the incompetency of Doug V.

We had the great fortune of working with Juan Carlos Martin. He was a complete professional and made the entire process painless even through multiple starts and stops on the project. The installation team made it look easy! We have received numerous compliments on the sign and it has become the Beacon of Fun! Let me start by saying Nancy McCord is incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job with design & setting the expectation for the sign build process. Nancy worked with our company to build our first retail storefront sign and it looks amazing! The sign has only been up for a week and we are already getting a bunch of walk-in traffic. We couldn't be happier with the process and outcome of stamping our brand in the Arlington community. Nancy and Signs Manufacturing know their stuff and deliver on their promise!

These guys did a fantastic job for us. The big sign on the front of our new church building looks fabulous! Juan Carlos Martin was constantly in contact with me to make sure I knew what was up at each step of the project. I wouldn't hesitate using them again for my next sign need. Horrible pricing and zero customer service. 5 ft single piece of neon cost $800.00 to replace and that was after saving a $400 trip charge by providing the measurements over the phone for the piece needed. We were charged $125.00 for the neon and 2.5 hours at $245.00 an hour to clip the new piece of neon in and hook it it up. There is no way that took 2.5 hours!

What a pleasant experience working with Signs Manufacturing, and most of all my consultant Nancy McCord. I had called many places, some with no response so when I called SM and I was transferred to Nancy whom exudes care for customers and really believes in her company. She has been so helpful in expediting the process and getting back to me in record timing (which pleases my bosses).
The quote was fairly priced and they were able to get it to me in less than a week including weekend days. Our process is not complete yet but I certainly look forward to the next steps in finishing the process. I am a AGM of a growing restaurant group in Fort Worth. Hospitality is very important in all we do. Signs Manufacturing cares about the customer and with consultants like Nancy we will definitely be utilizing this company for future endeavors.
