I contacted Rockford Signs to vinyl wrap my classic car bumpers. They responded with a price based on the details and photos I provided. They contacted me a day later and offered a lower price which I accepted. I brought them the bumpers so they could see them prior to starting the job. I dropped off the bumpers, and after a several weeks of follow-up and broken promises on completion date they said they couldn't do it in the chrome material I requested. However, they offered an alternative, in a metallic vinyl instead.

Much of the same rhetoric with no response to phone calls, and broken promises of completion date for several more weeks. Finally they answered a call that they couldn't complete the job. When I picked up the unfinished bumpers she stated if she had more time she could have completed. Apparently 6 weeks was not enough! Pathetic!
