There is a reason people have a hard time using small businesses before the quality that is suppose to be there is usually not. I have had a terrible experience here and I will not be back! Our shop was needing a lot done but we will most definitely go elsewhere after being treated like we don't matter as customers.

We started out well. We needed a church van and church sign done. The van was done quickly and looked great, but the sign took weeks to be completed. Then when it was finally done the vinyl was too light and the whole sign was washed out so you cannot even see what the sign says. They said they would fix it several times but that was almost SIX months ago after repeated calls it still has not been done. When in the image business your clients relay on your expertise. Now our image is bad and so is Alphagraffixs!
