StarVue Networks was created because of a growing trend towards new Out-Of-Home advertising methods & technologies being requested & explored from it's sister company, Starfleet Productions, Inc, a broadcast post-production facility located in Altoona, Pa. Starfleet has been in business for the past 35 years, producing broadcast-quality content Commercials, Animations, Industrial Videos, Training Videos, Short Films, & Web Video. Starfleet Productions, Inc. produces roughly 300 broadcast commercials per year that air on WTAJ-TV, WJAC, WWCP, FOX8 & Comcast Spotlight.

Starfleet Productions, Inc. also has outstanding working relationships with the area's television stations, ad agencies, & other local businesses. Starfleet has positioned itself to be the "Go-To" place for high-quality video production in and around the Altoona area. Because of the advantages of Starfleet Productions, Inc., StarVue Networks has the necessary connections & background to create a digital signage network that will be beneficial to its clients and the community, while maintaining a high level of quality on screen.
