Super disappointed. I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and have order A TON of banners over the years for companies I do designs for. The last order I had was lost in shipping and so I contacted Printastic for a reship because the item never arrived. They resent the item and refunded me for the inconvenience of the item arriving later. That was not the problem.
The issue came up today when I tried to order a new order and the site would not let me check out. When I called they customer service said that I was blocked as a customer and would need to find another company for future projects because of the "argument" we had about the lost order. I was pretty astounded that they would toss me aside as a customer after years of using them, over a lost item?
I ended up finding another local Michigan company, eSigns.com beacuse I do try to support our local businesses. They have competitive pricing to Printastic's so I will be using them moving forward.

The customer service: extremely responsive. The quality: beyond awesome! The incredibly fast shipping: the cherry on top. but the best part was the extra surprise banner- so absolutely grateful and impressed! We had a great experience! We were working with other banner companies that were a total nightmare. We needed banners done right away & we were in a panic. I found Printastic online and sent a message. They immediately called me and we worked through all the details and we received our banners fast! The top and bottom banner in the pic they did for us, plus another not in the pic. I would highly recommend! In fact we will be ordering more banners from them in the next few weeks.

I got the 250 free cards, paid only for standard shipping. The cards arrived in less than a week. I upgraded a couple of the options, which didn't cost a lot at all. There are a lot of designs to choose from and the one I picked is getting lots of compliments. The cards are nice and heavy, shiny and so pretty. I will definitely refill my order from them.

Cheap, beautiful and of great quality, even with a full picture on one side. I only paid $12 for shipping and for printing on both sides of 250 cards- incredible deal! I loved that I got to completely customize my own card, and by and large it was easy to navigate the page where I created it. When I run out of business cards I will certainly be ordering here again!

I ordered the 250 free business cards and paid for shipping. There are markup options for those who desire a step up from the free cards. When the time comes to pay for business cards Printastic will be my go to. They came quickly and looked good. I am just starting out and needed my name, profession, phone, and email on it. I didn't need much and do not know where I will be in 6 months work wise but it was a great taste of what I will get in the future when I order from them again.

I just want to say thank you to you guys! This was my first time making business cards, and I feared as to how they'd turn out. I kinda made these on a whim while searching for 'free business cards'. I LOVED the editor which allows for you to upload your own designs. The editor was so easy to use. The large variety of fonts and clip art library (which I didn't use, but scrolled through) was great.
I didn't mind paying extra for the glossy coating (which wasn't much), and the option to use my own design on the back. On top of that, these were shipped out so quickly! They were shipped out in like one day after I've submitted my order! When I got them in my hand I couldn't believe how clear the font was and how well my logo turned out on the back (I was nervous about that). Thanks you guys! These cards are for my first business venture, so thanks for being part of me reaching my goals. :-)

Very user friendly! I was able to download a template for my business cards that they offered in many different formats. Uploading and ordering is easy and I received my business cards within a few days! And they are beautiful! Highly recommended and I will definitely be ordering from Printastic again!
