R.A.G.S. was suggested to me when I was looking to have a memorial stone engraved for my recently passed away beloved little doggo. Edna at R.A.G.S. was immensely helpful with providing information about the services the company offers, as well as suggestions that could be engraved on my stone. She drew up what I had in mind on the spot! Edna went above and beyond in helping create the look I wanted, and sent me proof photos via email of what a few different options would look like on the stone I had picked out.
She then altered the proof to show my choices so I could see exactly how it would look! She was an absolute joy to work with in this process, and was extremely kind and empathetic to the loss of my little Rowdy dog. My stone was finished and ready to pick up faster than I would have imagined! It was exactly what I had envisioned. The engraving was perfectly done, and they even took the time to paint in the lettering.
It's a beautiful marker for my little guy's resting spot. I highly recommend this company for all the services they offer, as they did such an all around wonderful job. They showed a kindness to me during a difficult time that I will never forget. Thank you to everyone at R.A.G.S.

I ran a Google search for local sign company. We wanted to make my father a sign for his personal auto shop. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and when she drew it up, it was practically perfect. They allowed me to make a number of changes to the original design and never made me feel like a nuisance. The finished product was EXACTLY what I had in mind. Gorgeous craftsmanship!
