The only reason I give 5 stars is only because of one person and only one person, Penny. They built a sign for my gas station and it was something wrong with it. I contacted Steve and he promised to fix the problem. after couple of weeks he even did not pick up his phone and he never returned our call back. I contacted the store and spoke to Penny on the phone. she fixed our problem as fast as she could. she kept me as a customer and only because of her, I might go back there.
It is so disrespectful when you do not pick up your phone on a customer who tipped you $100.00 for another job couple of months ago Steve. you should learn the customer service from Penny, how to do your job, keep your customers in this market and making sure they are happy. Thank you Penny. (update in response to Dear Steve) I wish you guys the best in your business as well, also in case nobody get it in a wrong way, my project didn't assigned to another team by you, My project got ignored by you for 2 weeks same as my 4 phone calls and voicemails, So I decided to call the shop instead of your cellphone to resolve the issue and thanks god Penny fixed my problem. Thank you

Talk about service. I went in for a set of signs. They had a lot of orders they were filling and they asked me when I needed mine. Although they were busy the said they could fill the order within 4 days. I gave them the specifications I needed and they said they would e-mail me a proof the next day. The proofs were beautiful. I required one change which I sent to them in a reply.
Even though they had a lot on their plate they had the signs ready for me a day early. Even the change had been taken care of. The upshot of this, the staff is friendly, the work quality is excellent and the service is top notch.
