It seems as though this business may need to consider hiring more help. The numerous people we have spoken to regarding our issue have had very similar situations with this company regarding orders being wrong, terrible turn around time, and more so unprofessionalism. No customer should ever deal with a business and feel as though they are being talked down to, blamed, and given excuses for their wrong orders and long wait times. I'm happy to say that Graphic Ink in East providence has received my business with great pleasure and I have never been treated so respectfully.
