In 1996, I began a firm called First Choice Signs under the parent firm, Buy & Sell Classifieds. It was began on a whim and within a several years, had evolved into a complete-fledged signage business. In 2001, First Choice Signs was bought out by Gannett Pacific Corporation, better known in the islands as the Honolulu Advertiser's parent firm.

Kelly was so helpful in not just creating my vinyl window graphics, but also giving me an education into color schemes, giving me a hands-on tutorial on exactly how to apply the graphic, and just overall being a great person to work with. If you have any graphics, signage, or printing needs, you should definitely talk to Kelly. I know I'll be back.

Kelly is amazing! Every order I've made with IS&G has been spot on. My first order was made over a decade ago. 5 years later I needed some work done. I called her and she remembered me! Couldn't believe it! Been is no her regularly now for 12 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She emails you a proof (usually the same day for simple stuff) so you can avoid costly last minute reprints and changes. Exemplary customer service! Five red stars, five green circles and five gold stars!!

Kelly Ann showed her excellent interpersonal and creative talent this week. A last minute request, irresponsible on my part, was handled respectfully and with unbelievably diplomacy. She worked quickly on my needs and coming up with some superb alternatives. She had my banner printed and ready by the next day.....I was very fortunate I had contacted her through her yelp's reviews. Great work Kelly!!

Everyone this place is TOP NOTCH!!!! Kelly is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got married on July 4, 2014 and and I wanted my glases etched with our names and wedding date, well a friend said he could do it and 3 weeks before the wedding he said he couldn't do it. Then another friend said call prints shops and ask them about labels I was like "ghetto", well I called around and found out what I was looking for is called "Crystal Vinyl Lettering", but the size that I needed they didn't do but if I really wanted it they would charge $3.75 each for 100 but I only needed 59 well they wanted $4.75 each.
I called more places and they either wanted more money or didn't even want to bother doing it because of the size. I said a little prayer and found "Identity Signs & Graphics". Kelly knew right off the back what I wanted and she said the size I wanted was a lot difficult, but to come down and she'll see how we can make it work. When I got there she already had some made in different sizes and fonts, and yes it was a challenging task.
But Kelly made it happen and we hit it off like we knew each other for years. My center pieces we beautiful and Kelly charged me half the price then what I expected to pay. Let me say this, even if Kelly would have cost more then any other place, I already knew I was going to pay her what ever she wanted because of her OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

My business is location on Hawaii Island and we needed a sign for a client on Oahu. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional in helping with our needs. I was prepared to call a few sign shops in Oahu for this project, but after talking to Kelly, I felt very comfortable using Identify Signs & Graphics for my sign job. I especially appreciate the communication and pictures of the project when it was done. I would not hesitate to use Identity again.
