Had a very unfortunate experience with this company today. We had reached out to have several signs made for the front of our building. After speaking with the sales team, coming up with a plan with them, and sending reference and detail photos we were ready to get a quote for the job and get the ball rolling. After only a few hours of sending the information over we got a call from the sales rep to let us know that his manager "Was no longer interested in our project" with no other information to give to us.

It all seemed very off and almost personal. He gave no information as to why they "didn't want to do our job" and even expressed that he was surprised and confused as well. After that we were essentially shunned from the business and told "He doesn't want your money" We asked to speak to the manager and were told they had no interest in speaking with us and "Good luck" I was so put off by this experience and the lack of professionalism they displayed.

This was no small job and we were treated as second class citizens. We have already found another sign company in the area who seems miles ahead of them in customer service, and how they treat there customers. I will be actively NOT recommending this company to all of my colleges, and fellow business owners.

I can't say enough about this company! I must have tinkered with this design and had them make adjustments 20 times and they were more than happy to help! I'm thrilled with my truck! Thanks so much

Sign Pro was amazing. Roger spent time to make sure the idea in my head came out perfect. Their design team was also tremendous. Turnaround is very fast. They are the "go to" sign people in Connecticut.

Awesome to deal with, customer service is great! From day one I felt like I was there only customer. Previously had my van wrapped with another big outfit and wasn't happy with the job they did. sign pro knocked it out of the park with this one. This was a tricky install that took a lot longer then expected because of the style of truck and it came out awesome. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with always got right back to me and always kept me updated on status. the designer greg just killed it with this design. looking forward to doing another project with them soon. Sign Pro is a great place to get custom signs, banners, decals, monuments and even vehicle wraps. They are a full service shop which means they offer not only design, manufacturing, install services but also permitting, code check, maintenance services. They service not only Connecticut but also New York, Massachusetts and the rest of the United States. Good quality products with excellent service.

It was a sad sales experience with sign pro. We didn't fully understand what we were buying other than a sign. They took the deposit and randomly some morning weeks later we saw them out there installing a sign. Horrible sales experience, you'd never believe they're a big business. *added - I'll gladly accept a refund if you didn't intend on taking my money

Had an excellent visit. An amazing company, modern facility with almost limitless scope of sign making capacity. Very progressive with all solar power and green technology. Once again uncovered a "Best Keep Secret in Southington, CT." Give them a call with any and all sign needs from giant signs across a highway to wrapping your next company vehicle.

Jan. 5 2018 Sign pro just did 2nd van for me! Excellent job! My thanks to the Installation technician, Troy, Krissy, Noel, and the rest of the crew. They paid attention to everything I asked for and did a great job with a quick turn around! I would not use anyone else, Thanks again. Very good team, helped me to get a superior product and it was very easy to work with Gerian on my design and colors. very reasonable price compared to others. I felt good because they have a big new shop and could keep the vehicle in at night.

Pete went above and beyond and made sure we were ready for our opening to the public. They helped finalize our design, fabricated the signs and installed them within a very short timeframe.
