Brett and the gang at Pride Neon have been an absolute joy to work with. They always take care of any repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. The staff is more than friendly and their work is outstanding. From design to installation I have nothing but good things to say about Pride Neon. They give you a professional look that allows to represent yourself in the best light possible.

Always very nice whenever I was able to get ahold of somebody on the phone, but communication was never initiated by them. I contacted them on a weekly basis for a month and a half, specially requested the sales rep and eventually the owner/manager give me a call to get a quote on some work. Never responded to my emails, but when speaking on the phone he referred to my artwork that he received in the email, just would never answer the questions I asked via email without me calling first.
Every time I spoke on the phone with a sales rep he had some great ideas for me and my project, and then told me I'd have a quote within a few days. But when I followed up with email (that he always referred to on the phone), there was never any response. I eventually requested a manager/owner called me, giving the sales rep the benefit of the doubt, but waited nearly 3 weeks to hear from the owner, and was told three times by the secretary (very nicely) that the owner had received the message and would be calling me soon.
I was referred to them by my landlord, but 2 months is far too long for timeline promises not lining up with follow-through, and never communicating why they weren't following through on their "a few days" promises that I got every week. This review is only facts, I know nobody personally at this company and was always communicated with very nicely.
But there was just simply not a single instance of communication initiated by them, and when the work on their end of the deal requires them to call me when they have a completed a task, we just never even got to the point where I can review their actual signage work.
