We recently hired Sign Products to do some repair on our sign. We were told that it take a couple of days to get to it but with in a couple of hours they were here and had the sign repaired. The quote I received seemed suspicious. I was quoted $85 per hour, and each of my neon projects was quoted at requiring 16 hours of work each. However 5 of the projects were 4.5 in x 5 in and 4 of the projects were 30 in x 28 in. The small 4.5 x 5 neon projects were one color and were the shape of an egg (simple) the large 28 x 30 were detailed pelicans with multiple colors.
How does an 5 inch egg take 16 hours and a detailed 30in pelican with multiple colors take the same amount of time and are charged the same price? I didn't get any product from this company. BUT the quote alone was enough to make me not want to use their services.
