We had them print a map for our wedding. Everything was incorrect. Wrong paper, wrong color and wrong place to have something printed. We asked them to reprint because it was clear they had something wrong with the printer. The color looked like there was a chemical on it. They refused to work with us at all. We had it reprinted by JS Print group.
I wish we would have used them from the beginning. They are so much easier to work with and they make sure you are fully satisfied. I'd love to let the whole world know how disappointed I was!
