Dave and his crew are the best in the business! We have had them do everything from outdoor storefront signage to wrapping our 16ft trucks. Their work is flawless and they are friendly, professional and fun to work with.

I had a great experience ordering shirts for our company. I was very pleased with the service I received as for instance their patience with me making many changes and they were also very helpful with new ideas in changing our look. The employees at Cool Air Creations were so helpful! I wasn't sure what I wanted or what would look best on the T-shirts and hospitality bags I was ordering. They showed me different designs and colors. Once I decided what I wanted, they had the order completed in no time. The quality of the t-shirts was excellent. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful and I will use them whenever I need something printed.

We have been using Cool Air since 2011 for all our uniform needs, we placed an order in December 2019 and could not believe the Unprofessionalism and lack of service we received from this company. This company does not care for loyal customers. We will never use this company again

I placed an order of screen printed tee shirts using a specific blank tee shirt but when I went in to pick up my order I found out that they weren't able to obtain the blank shirts from the company I chose and decided to use a cheaper alternative instead. I never was refunded the price difference or even contacted and informed about the change in shirts. This was my only problem with them, everything else was fine, but I'm not going to return here for projects or recommend them

I was beyond impressed with my experience with Cool Air Creations! After shopping around for prices, they were the most affordable around and very accommodating with my needs. I ordered over 500 shirts and couldn't believe they had them done in just over a week. The shirts look great! I am very happy with their services and will be using them again in the future.

Quality work. No complaints. Not the Go-To place for a small team with a very small budget. After using their services for a while we could no longer afford them and had to switch to a different vendor. A little hard to find. FGX is across the street. No bike rack.

I had such high hopes for this company, but my experience fell short of my expectations. Their showroom appeared both clean and professional, displaying a vast array of high-quality products - but my experience was far from professional. After my company received a quote for a truck wrap, we placed our deposit and were informed that we would be receiving a draft of what the product would look like in the next 10 days. 10 days passed and we hadn't heard anything. 20 days and 5 un-returned correspondences later (a combination of both phone calls and emails) we still had yet to receive a draft.

After a final email explaining my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, we received the promised draft. We quickly approved the work and brought the truck in to be wrapped. The sales rep took our contact information to provide us with an update on the work by the end of the work day. Again, we never received a phone call. The following morning I had to leave a message asking to be updated on the truck along with an estimated pick-up time.

When we arrived to pick up the truck I immediately noticed that the wrap was several shades lighter than the draft - a color we had provided an example of, as we wanted it to match our company shirts. I am very wary of doing business with this company again. I do not have the time to constantly chase them down nor do I have the patience to work with a company that cannot meet deadlines they set for themselves.

We have used Cool Air Creations a number of times but most recently, they helped us with signage for a charity golf tournament. We gave them a short (nearly impossible) turnaround time and they were awesome. They got us the signs we needed and stayed in close communication so we could coordinate a pickup time and get the signs on course in time for our event. They even offered to deliver them to the club! HUGE THANKS to Justin and his team for your help! We will be back!

Long time customer. They have a wide variety of products and have invested in serious equipment to do nearly everything in-house. If you are doing anything in volume, their prices cannot be beat and turnaround time is usually excellent.

My company has used Cool air for years to make shirts, jackets, hats etc. I had just recently placed an order with Dave for a Christmas gift for a black soft shell jacket. I waited over a month which was fine until I opened the box to see a gray wool fleece. I then had my assistant call figuring they would make good on there error only to be told that gray is what they consider black which baffles me because they are two different colors and wool and soft shell are completely different. Dave said I could re order another jacket but he would not do nothing for me which is fine to see that this is how he conducts his business.

My high volume will no longer be using Cool Air for anything so in the end it will be his loss ill donate this god awful jacket and will find a professional company to give my business to

My family used Cool Air Creations to make family reunion t-shirts for more than 35 people of all sizes. Everyone at Cool Air was friendly and efficient. Merry helped make the perfect design, the shirts were right on time and the order was perfect. Everyone loved their shirt and I will be using them again for next year's reunion :

On our last order of RHODYWOOD hats. We needed them very quickly becuase we had the crew of Woody Allen here in RI Filmming. Cool Air was able to complete our order within 24 hrs. The quality of thier embroidery logo is wonderful

I have been using Cool Air Creations for years as my vendor for t-shirts mostly which I order annually at work. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and the turn around is quick. I have occasionally used them for promotional materials and the selection is fantastic.
