I had vinyl on my doors installed about 3 months ago. It is already peeling on the top and bottom. I emailed Kayla on 10/21/2021, but she has not contacted me. I called and spoke with Danielle and forwarded the photos on 10/27/2021, but I have not heard back either. I called the office at (281) 990-6014 just now and call went directly to voicemail and disconnected after 2 minutes, while I was still leaving a message. Can someone address the issue? I have used Sign-Express over 3 times now and I feel like the company is not standing behind its products.

Brave Services, Inc. couldn't be happier with the sign we had made by Sign-Express. The whole process from consultation, drawing/renderings, and final install was smooth and the communication was great the whole time. Danielle was fantastic and answered any and all questions we had. Our office is almost 6 hours from Houston, and it was no problem. The two installers were very professional, and worked quick. We would recommend Sign-Express to any company or person in need of a high quality sign.

I signed a contract for an LED sign in 12-2020 for install in March 2021. I paid the 50% deposit in March 2021 and they did not order the LED modules until May 2021 and said they were on back order. I think they just used my money to operate on and not buy my sign parts. Once they get the money from you they don't return calls or emails. it is now 7-26-2021 and I still do not have a sign. They will use every excuse in the book not to get you sign complete. Weather, car wreck, wedding. I sure a death will be the next excuse when I can catch them on the phone.

If you are looking for a sign company to create your sign, this is not the company. I don't believe the positive reviews are legitimate. We have had nothing but problems with this company. They do not return calls, and they do not follow through with their commitment. They said they would refund us 30% Restock Fee, of which we have not received, nor do they answer any of our calls.
After reviewing the post at the bottom that have been removed from viewing (you should read them, they are the true reviews) I think they are running scams. I really would not recommend them! Be warned! As in the review from B.I. in San Francisco, we are dealing with the identical situation. Maybe we should do a class action suit against them.

They seem nice, but don't use this company. Find someone else that delivers on their promises. Supposed to have a sign in late November or early December. It's late January getting the sign and am expected to off-load it from the truck. I was the only person available to unload. The company did pay extra for a lift on the truck and the driver put the sign on the furniture dolly that I had and he rolled it into the building for me. I am thankful for that!

We purchased three signs for our bank. Due to COVID, production took a few more months than initially agreed to. No problem with that. Signs are installed and are beautiful but service after payment and installation has been lacking. We did not receive training on how to operate and one of our signs that has solar panels is not lit at night. We have reached out numerous times through phone calls and email for help with operating these signs. Still no resolution. The company has a great product but do not expect support after the sell.

Our church was in need of a new sign to put on the front lawn; however, our local village sign law significantly limited the options we had in the type, size and illumination we could select. After contacting several widely known sign companies, Sign-Express was the only one who seemed willing to customize a sign expressly for our needs and within the limits put on us by the village sign law.
We had a very good several week interchange with the Sign-Express designer, exchanging ideas, and sketches by e-mail and phone. The result was a very well-built and attractive sign well within our church's budget that has been very well received the the church members and the wider community.

I've worked at sign express as an installer going on my second year. I pride myself in the work I do for this company. They give their best to ensure the client is happy and deliver a high quality product at little cost for the end user. Although production times can be lengthy, the wait is worth the quality of the product.

We ordered a sign from them and on the first time we received it, was damaged and had to send back to them. It then sat in their facility for an additional 3 weeks before they repaired it and sent it back to us. When we received it the second time, it was created very well but missing the cover for a letter. We then had it installed and one section of the sign didn't work. I've not had an electrician there 3 separate times to install it and still can't finish the job.
Their customer service is horrible. The owner is a real piece of work to deal with. Last time I spoke with him regarding the sign not working, he stated he'd have someone contact us regarding sending the defective sign back for them to repair. It's been a month now and no responses via phone or email from them. They did send the led light for me to have installed at my cost. Would never buy from again.

When we needed to replace the sign panels for the existing sign for our new business, A/1 Total Services. We requested quotes from 5-6 companies. Karrie, at Sign-Express, was one of the few who responded almost immediately, asked a number of important questions to find out our specific needs, took our hand drawn idea for our sign, presented us with an initial proof, listened to our input and tweaked a few things here and there until we had it exactly how we wanted it.
Then Dannielle finalized all the details of the sign measurements, sent us the final proof to approve, and oversaw the production. We were somewhat leery after seeing several negative reviews of the company, but the comments just weren't matching with the excellent customer service and professionalism we had experienced with these two fine ladies up to that point, so we took a chance. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!
Even when production slowed down a few days when the area went through tremendous flooding from a tropical storm, our signs were still ready within the time frame they had quoted us, which was only 3 weeks. Our signs were carefully sealed and crated, and arrived within 3 days (from Houston, TX to Missouri). We are so pleased with them and the EXCELLENT service and quality of workmanship we received from Sign-Express in Houston, TX! Thank you! Thank you!

I have used Sign-Express three times so far, since I have different business locations. When I opened my business I wanted professional looking vinyl on the doors and windows to advertise my services. I also wanted channel letters that would light up at night. I reached out to multiple vendors in the Houston area and chose Sign-Express, because they were courteous, offered different options, and their prices were fixed.
They provide free estimates and can give you ideas/illustrations (if you don't have any). They were also timely and would respond quickly to my emails. Since I had a great experience the first time, I decided to use them again when I opened my other business locations. So far, the professional vinyl and the channel letters has helped the business grow tremendously.
If I had an unprofessional storefront, I don't think I would be able to attract the right kind of client. My motto is: "It takes money to make money." If you don't make your business look nice, no one will want to come in.

UPDATE: The sign is installed! It looks wonderful and it works perfectly. We are very happy with it. After I posted the review, I was immediately contacted by a new project manager, Richard, who took care of everything. Richard was great to work with: He always replied to our emails and calls promptly and made sure that we were satisfied with the final product.
In short, I assume we just got a batch of terrible project managers at the beginning but this was solved once Richard stepped in. I'm only reviewing their business practice, since I have not received the sign yet. We hired Sign Express in April 2018 to make a sign for our music school. We made the big mistake of paying in full up front. The first project manager that we dealt with was Danielle, who notified us in May that there were some issues with the project.
After some back and forth, the project was modified in in May 8, we asked for a revised quote. Danielle was missing for about a month, after we tried many emails and calls. In June we finally got in touch with Karrie, who offered no explanation for not returning emails or phone calls. We signed the revised contract in June. In July, Karrie notified us of some issues with permitting but we decided to keep the sign in the same place.
We were told in July 18 that the sign was in production. In early August we asked for an installation date, none was given. Finally, in mid August, we were told that the sign would be installed at the end of September. After a month we tried to contact Karrie via email and phone., and guess what? No response. I called on September 24th talked to someone who informed that the project manager had changed and now is Kelsey, and was told that she would call me back that day to ensure an installation date and email me confirmation of that.
That did not happen, we have called every day and her number always goes to voicemail. Sign-Express did an amazing job at the Vital Heart & Vein office in Humble, TX. From the first time we sat down with the Sign-Express team we were blown away. The team was so knowledgeable and helped guide us in the right direction to help maintain compliance with local regulations for signs in business offices (things we didn't know much about)! After they toured the building and worked with the rest of the design team Sign-Express created beautiful signs that blended in perfectly!
They also did a wonderful job with the logo sign applied to all of our glass entry doors and the conference room. If you are looking for a great team to collaborate with, you have found it.

Horrible customer service and extremely long lead times on signs. We placed an order for our sign on the 28th of July 2017. We received our sign NINE months later after calling our leasing company and telling them we still haven't received it. During that process we were given excuse after excuse as to why the sign hadn't been delivered.
Once we finally received the sign in mid-late April the sign would not communicate. Fast forward to today and we still do not have a functional sign, they are telling us it does not communicate and they want us to do their diagnostic procedures to make the sign work, I thought this is why we hired a company to do this?!? I wouldn't recommend this company at all!

I have had the pleasure of working with Sign-Express for almost a year with a client that we had to service over 4000 locations. Sign-Express provided surveys and installation work for us on this project. They provided detailed information with excellent quality on the surveys. Sign-Express worked diligently to provide quality work performance in a timely manner.
