Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the signs done by Sign Crafters Inc. Paid close to $5000 for this sign and six months after install we had our first hail storm. After, we noticed that there were huge chips in the sign face and looks like it took off part of the printed signage. We did not notice this until we finally got power to our sign as it is incredibly noticeable at night and looks like there are holes in our sign when lit, this was about 6 months after it was installed.
We called to talk to the owner about five times and left messages and proceeded to play phone tag for almost six months before the owner finally came up to look at it. He told us that he would be willing to replace it at cost and that's it. He sent us an estimate of close to $2000. You expect a sign to last more then the first hail storm so of course we did not agree seeing as how it should have been covered under warranty.
I would like to point out that we also have another sign that they did over two years before that and that sign has no signs of wear and tear at all even though it has been up for more then three years. Very disappointed in Sign Crafters handling of the situation and would not recommend.
