Zach, Todd and the whole crew have been more than fair in all of my designs that I've needed help on. Everything they said they would do they went beyond. I even had a rock crack completely in half and all I had to do was call and when the weather got good they were out here and got it fixed at no charge. You can't satisfy everyone, but i sure thank you guys. If I need anything on the landscaping I'll be sure to get in touch with you guys

I'm putting my 2 cent in. I have 2 close friends that 'attempted' to have new rock and fountain features. Both of them were ripped off. Both quoted a price, even after they came out and did a 'self' estimate, the prices went up by almost $1,000 EACH! You look terrible in the eyes of those who live here. You're a poor excuse for a business.

They have some really neat products. Bought a fire rock for $4k, unfortunately the whole process was a bit of a disorganized mess with being provided wrong information on the burner sizing and finally with them drilling the key valve hole 4 too high, causing me added expense to adjust the entire gas piping riser. Great products, terrible service. I respectfully emailed the owner to explain my frustrations, he wouldn't reciprocate courtesy by even responding. I will never do business with them again. There are other options around the area.

I worked for Tumble Stone for nearly a decade. Coolest place Ive worked in my entire life. Tumble Stone a small mom and pop landscape supply and custom stoneworks company thats doing big things! The owners are good people and in my opinion are the leading experts in stone fabrication. Their niche is manufacturing natural boulder fountains.for residential and commercial installations.
With everything else that they offer, it can get crazy busy sometimes. So I would recommend going with a little bit of patience and to spend some time looking around if you have to wait.

My wife wanted a stepping stone for her garden. So she brought me along on an arduous journey to find the perfect stone. She drove me from place to place on a tour of the greater CDA/Post Falls area. None of the places she took me (and they were numerous) had what she was looking for. The last place we visited on her quest was Tumblestone, and I wished we'd just gone there first. Tumblestone had, by far, the biggest selection of products.
And the people who worked there were so nice! Even though we were there to buy just one stone, the folks at Tumblestone treated us like valued customers (an increasingly rare experience) and were very helpful. We have a project planned for next year which requires a great deal more material, and we will only go to Tumblestone to buy what we need.
