DON'T USE THIS SERVICE/COMPANY! I'm a real estate agent. This company has been storing my sign for years. Hadn't had to use there service in couple years. Called to have them put up my sign and my sign is now missing? Was told it's no where to be found and they're not responsible for it. In other words they lost my sign and aren't taking responsibility for it.
I understand mistakes happen and all and since in the contract they have you fill out indicates they aren't responsible for what happens to it, nothing can be done. Instead of being apologetic about it, they were very rude to me and basically was told by customer service girl WE DON'T LOSE SIGNS and basically hung up on me! Well I guess it just disappeared on it's own!
I did notice they moved locations, I'm sure it got lost when moving, Thanks a lot Superior! I think they should change there company name to inferior or incompetent signs!
