When I say this place has been here forever, I mean it's been here FOREVER. Great and quick services - I got some plexiglass custom cut and it was ready in 20 minutes!

I'd never been here before and now I just hope I can find an excuse to go back! I needed a smallish sheet of some sort of rigid plastic - you can tell I don't know what I'm talking about. I walked in, said I don't know what I need but let me describe it to you. The INCREDIBLY patient lady knew exactly what actual product it would be, guided me through thicknesses, color possibilities, and accessories.

She then gave me quotes for several options, knowing I wouldn't buy more than one. SUPER helpful, good gracious, so helpful. After I got my product (took all of 3 minutes from choosing the option I wanted to in-my-hand delivery), she said that they will make trims for free, if it turned out to be too big. I had very wrong ideas about pricing before going, but the thing I actually needed (as opposed to what I thought I needed) came in just at my budget, and I even got myself a little extra something.

I ordered to pieces of plastic to cover two surfaces at my home. Gave the dimensions. They had both pieces done quickly. One piece was cut to my dimensions. The second was about 3/4 to long As that piece had rounded corners the measurement was Important. Will have to make the 60mile round trip to get it fixed.

Great business. Helpful and friendly staff! You can get plastic cut to your exact dimensions in minutes. And if you need help or not sure what it is you need the girl up front goes above and beyond to help.

Brought in a rounded aluminum window frame so they could cut some polycarbonate to fit. First try was totally the wrong radius and it had a big scratch. Brought it back and the second try is a lot closer but still off. Thought tap plastics were good at this stuff. Guess not.

These guys can't even cut a piece of plastic to the right size. Guy at the front measures the piece I need haphazardly and sends info to the back. Waste of space!

TAP Plastics is still the place for your acrylic, plastic, HDPE needs. Sheets, rods, tubes, TAP plastics has them all. I had a momentary brain crap thinking that I can have my solution by stopping by Hobby Lobby. Any plastics projects should be directed to TAP Plastics without hesitation. I got my plastic sheet but to dimension and was in and out in about 5 minutes.

I needed to replace the plastic panels in my kitchen and baths with lighting bathroom panels. I took one each to Tap Plastics so they could measure and I was asked to check my measurements and before I knew it the man brought my panels and walked me to my car in case I needed help loading them and I was on my way. What a nice bunch of fellows. I'm happy but most of all my wife was thrilled. Could not be happier Thanks guys. Tom

TAP Plastics precisely cut a large and oddly shaped piece of plastic for me to ask as a top on a refinished cabinet. They were very careful to get the measurements correct and it came out perfectly. The fit is amazing and it was completed several days early. I was really impressed! They also are very health conscious and everyone was wearing masks. Highly recommended if you need something cut to fit an odd shaped area!

I needed something to hide an electrical panel over my desk countertop. On a whim, I Googled white acrylic and found this company. The website was easy to understand, but I had one question about the acrylic opaqueness. I called TAP, and the phone was answered on the third ring by a helpful, friendly woman. Acrylic was shipped so nicely, and it fits perfectly. A good experience for sure!

Love that I have a place for acrylic sort of local. They honor my teacher status and give me scraps. Always nice and answer my questions. I've got tons! Anyways - they've got me locked in!

One of the best places for makers and anyone who wants or needs to build or repair things made of plastic, plexi, acrylics, pvc etc. Ryan helped us get some plexi cut and did a great job! Customer service is top notch and they can cut almost any plastic to size/shape you are looking for. Pricing is very reasonable and selection of plastics, mold making materials, fiberglass/carbon fiber, and epoxies is excellent.

Used to love TAP, but last time I was there I was talked out of how I wanted to solve my repair. Recommendations DID NOT work. Polyester never set up. Now have to remove repair attempt and start over. Too bad there isn't a competing business nearby. May still have to get materials from TAP, but will NOT follow their advice!

I love this place. These people are amazing. They cut the plastic that I bought from them several years ago for FREE! And then I didn't even have to come back for it. It only took 1 minute for them to cut it. Then I said let me go to the store and buy one of those adhesive round protectors to put at the edges of the plastic. And they gave them for FREE! Can you believe it?! They're the best and I'm so glad they're local. Thank you so much Tap Plastics!

I went there to get a piece of plexiglass cut. When I walked in everyone who worked there started screaming to get out. (strike one) Apparently the covid has them extremely paranoid, (more so than science would deem rational) After I backed out a dude with a pony tail stuck his head out the door and said that they are only taking phone orders. I was literally standing there holding a template with all of the dimensions on it but he refused to take it.

I told him that I called five times and got disconnected. He then sarcastically said that it was like calling a radio station, and "not everyone gets through" The moron had the worst customer service and would have been fired if he worked for me. My company has done a lot of business with Tap plastics over the years but I will never step foot in that store again.

Pre covid-19 solid 3 stars. During covid-19 customer service kind of sucks. Went there wasn't opened at 8. A guy says call I call and they don't pick up. Run to ace hardware then grocery Outlet then call finally they pick up. Got some scratch remover. They are only pick up only. Your order is ran on the phone then put out on a table. Someone can mistake their order with yours as it's just sitting there.

Extremely rude customer service. I called them asking for a custom sneeze guard as we are trying to reopen our small business during COVID-19, the guy who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. It shouldn't be this hard to be polite especially when people are already going through a tough time. If you want to get any custom orders I would suggest looking online as these people will be little you and then treat you like you're not important. Tap Plastics I suggest you remember that we are currently in a pandemic when spreading kindness goes a long way.

I called asking for a particular product of which the individual on the phone said, yes we have it in two thicknesses. He gave me a price asked if it was in stock he said, yes. I said most likely I'll see you later today. About an hour later I arrived to pick up the product, when I got there they didn't know what I was asking for, trying to sell me something that had nothing to do with what I was asking for.

The guy at the counter went and spoke to who I'm assuming is the manager asking if he knew what I was talking about playing dumb like they had no clue. I asked if they could order it, no. I asked why I was given misinformation the response from the guy at the counter was sorry. He then proceeded to help another customer. Really dude I've been doing business with you guys for 20 years this is how you treat a customer that comes in a couple times a year or any customer for that matter. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I have a unique collection of sand that has been a family tradition for 75 years. The containers are from TAP plastics. Why pay container store prices? In addition they make acrylic items to your design. I put a top on a found metal base and now have a cool piece of furniture. THe staff there is willing to talk through your project too. I came in to pick up something I saw on tap plastics website. When I got there, they said it wasn't something they normally carry and that they'd have to update the website to web only. Despite this, Gretchen the manager said they'd make a custom one for me and honor the cost of the one they had listed on their site. What service! When I came in to pick up my order, I had my three and four year old with me. Gretchen was so wonderful with them.

She walked around pulling different colored and shaped plastics for them to play with and take home with them. So instead of having the stress of having complaining kids, the kids had fun. Five stars for customer service!

This store has been very helpful. Everytime I walk in everyone is always ready to assist me. I've been buying window tint for these guys for the last 10 years and not once have I been disappointed. Keep up the good work.

Lots of good reference materials available and a friendly knowledgeable staff willing to talk through a project with you and help steer you in the right direction. Tip: check the "scrap" bin. If you're looking for smallish pieces of sheet material there can be some deals to be had.
