There is a high turn over of employees, probably due to lack of benefits (no sick days, vacations, health insurance, or direct deposit), and their refusal to pay overtime. These guys do not have a good reputation or many repeat customers for a reason. *edit- please note "management" does not refute any of the claims made about employees or work conditions in their response.

I had my doubts when Ray Web came to our office with a sign plan that was out of the ordinary. It took a full six months from start to finish, but in fairness obtaining the permit took two months. When it was finally finished it is every bit the show stopper Ray said it would be. All our major cruise line partners love it and people are still pulling off the street to look at it. A job well done.
