Image Graphics has been my marketing provider for over 12 yrs. They are my go-to for all my marketing needs for all my businesses (ABBA REALTY SERVICES, INC. and DROP-WASH & FOLD COIN LAUNDRIES). Here are pictures of my latest project with them. *** They had to pictorially recreate an after market inlay sign for my quarter pusher machine. I sent in my order on Monday, picked up my bookmarks on Tuesday, and was ready to go for my event Wednesday morning. The staff was friendly and professional and my bookmarks turned out perfect. I contacted Jimmie Jackson At Image Graphics about designing my Company Logo and Business Cards. He Stated he would have them done in a couple of days, I Contacted him by email Several times over 3 weeks. He said he was out sick, and then had surgery. I told him I would wait until he came back to work. His last email with me stated he would complete it in a couple of days, after not hearing back from him I called him this morning 02/19/2018, I told him who I was and it became awkward with silence and him-haws, He Said "I said he couldn't do it! said he supposedly had told me that previously." But I have nothing in our conversations by email, in fact I have emails as RECENT as 02/13/2018 saying " IT WILL BE A COUPLE OF DAYS- BUT IT WILL GET IT TO YOU AS SOON AS I AM ABLE".

I told him I had ben been waiting for 3 weeks now, and still nothing. There was a moment of silence again and then he hung up on me. Completely unprofessional! I recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this guy/ Company. I will never do Business with them again. BE WARE!
