This company was so extremely accommodating for me. Only open Tuesday and Thursdays and I arrived at closing time tuesday. I needed a small plaque engraved for the container that was to hold my moms ashes. Her funeral was today(Saturday) and turnaround usually 7 to 10 days. They had it ready Thursday morning. Thank you so much.

Michele and her colleagues created a beautiful custom shadowbox piece that showcases a hat belonging to the late founder of the company where I work. She was wonderful to work with and completely understanding of our needs and the sensitive nature of this special piece. She handled our many questions with grace and top notch service. I hope we get the chance to work with Carlisle's again - we LOVE the piece they made for us!

I went to Carlisle's today to get a knife engraved. We talked about what I wanted and what they could do, they were extremely helpful and thorough with explaing all the options and choices I had. Although they couldn't do exactly what I wanted, they recommended someone who could. I highly recommend Carlisle's engraving, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Would recommend Carlisle's over anyone in DFW area.
