Mark has designed the kitchens for 3 of our family members, plus designed the cabinates for other parts of the houses. Our experience is that his attention to detail is unmatched, which is why we have kept using him. Knowing Mark, I would suspect the other person rating on here had a lousy contractor and cut back on the hardware. I highly recommend him and Terry for designs and custom jobs.

Mark has excellent design sense and a great portfolio, but when he did cabinets for a newly built house he irritated the general contractor and other sub contractors with his obnoxious know-it-all personality. That wouldn't be so bad if his cabinet designs didn't start falling apart after a couple of years. We've had to replace all the hinges, found a lot of the doors and frames weren't square after the fact.
Large custom spice rack he designed fell off, we found he only tacked it in 1/8 even though they were 3' tall. Lots of shortcuts and difficult to work with. When we asked him to come back and take a look and talk about fixing things Terri just laughed at me. So no, I wouldn't recommend these guys ever.
