Hired them to install a $12000.00 sign. Their digger operator hit a main waterline that could have flooded the entire plaza. Could have put me out if business for a few days. Luckily I had a plumber that rushed out to the scene to shut Niagara Falls off & repair the line. Never offered a discount nor to pay the $3800 I paid the emergency plumber. BUYER BEWARE!

The signs and prices are very good. Amanda, the sales rep was very helpful. However, I wasn't informed of any of the installation times. The electric didn't get hooked up correctly because they came when I wasn't present. I tried to explain, but the installers hooked it up to a different box. Now they want to charge me for another installation trip to fix their mistake. Update: After connecting electric to the sign, it didn't seem to function.
I called and left a message asking for them to come and "finish" the project and checking to make sure the sign was indeed working. Again, after showing up unannounced, they evaluated and the sign was working. No one from the company called and confirmed they were coming. No one called to confirm that there would be a service call. I just received a "service" call invoice for $220 on a project they left unfinished. They walked away without know if the sign worked. My original rating was 4 stars, but now it's reduced to 2 stars. I would be very cautious using this company.

We ordered an electronic sign from them on 10/28/20. They told me 6-8 week lead time. I have reached to them on several occasions to find out that today 01/18/21, the sign has not even been ordered. Their salesman blames the delay all on permitting, however, when we contacted the building department, we found out that Adam's Signs just turned in the request a couple of weeks ago. Seems like you get jerked around quite a bit with this company.
