Eric and the crew at Sunrise signs went above and beyond our expectations with our logo and fleet designs. Eric who created all the art work, Logos and designs just knocked it out of the park! Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Also Eric and the team where able to get our first five trucks designed and wrapped in an extremely reasonable time fame. I would recommend Sunrise Signs for any of your branding and vehicle wraps!

We hired this company to wrap our work vehicles. We provided the printable file for our vehicle wraps, which another company had designed and provided. After printing 7 truck wraps at one time, we noticed (after all had been installed) that they did not match the proof provided before printing. An approval is required on the proof before the print can be done.
About 8 months had passed before we noticed the errors so we did not hold them responsible. Certainly we were not going to ask them to reprint them. We decided to get 3 service trucks repaired--body work--during our slow season (Winter). The vehicles had been in minor accidents, denting the body. The repair work would then require printing sections of the wraps to install.
We notified them of the need in December so that everyone was provided ample notice to meet our Winter schedule (We had other work to do to our service trucks, like servicing our equipment mounted in the trucks, and more). They planned to send their local installer to inspect the vehicles and "get back to them". They would then submit a proof to us for approval so that the wrap repairs could be printed.
This process dragged and they were putting us behind schedule for the Winter. When they produced the first proof, I expressed concern that the proof match the trucks, and that the scale of the print not be off as it had been on the 7 truck wraps with errors. The next day we were copied on an email sent directly to the installer asking if they wanted this account, that they were no longer servicing the account.
So they fired us as a client via email over our concern about their errors in previous work, that we did not want the same mistake repeated. This left us with an additional 2 weeks lost time in getting the vehicles prepared for the upcoming busy season. They never contacted us directly. RE: edit to answer to Sunrise's false claims Superior SoftWash had worked with only 1 wrap design and installation service for 6+ years before employing the services of Sunrise Signs.
We lay out clear expectations from our service vendors of what we expect from them. "Easy to do business with", including good communication. We use email to summarize these communications so that nothing is lost in translation. In keeping with our core values, we expect and require that our employees treat our vendors like we want our clients to treat us. Sunrise Signs failed to take ownership of their mistakes.
We were not even asking for a re-print. That would be unreasonable after a year. We did express concerns about the current work, to ensure that the mistake was not repeated. And for that, they fired us as customers without telling us. Proper preparation prevents piss poor performance.

Dealt with a lot of sign companies before and hands down this is the best out there. They take the time to work with me to bring my brand to life. I had an old dull logo/design on my trailers and these guys really turned it up. Best pricing for what you get in the tri-state area! Really brought my branding to a whole new level. Thanks for the great looking trailers, will do business with them again! Before and after attached.

I worked with Sunrise Signs on our very first Cargo Trailer Wrap design. The team at Sunrise was great to work with on this project. I had no idea what design I wanted for our large training trailer and the designers helped us find the perfect balance of branding and information to make our Mobile Gas Training Unit look amazing.

Absolutely loved how our 2017 Dodge Pro Master turned out! We have done business with Sunrise Signs a couple times. Each time we have walked away with smiles on our faces from the great work! They designed the window signs at our retail location, they wrapped our Mazda CX-7, and our 2017 Dodge Pro Master. Great, friendly staff and everything was done in a timely manner! HIGHLY recommended and will DEFINITELY continue to use in the future! Thanks again to the amazing Sunrise Signs Team!
