Mark was very helpful in giving our HOA a couple of options for our new monument signs. He was understanding and patient in working with us. The communication was by phone, email and text. He did a great job of communicating each step of the process with me. We are very pleased with our brand new signs.

My partner and I came in last month to order a decal sign for our office lobby. But the owner of this sign shop, Mark, had so much passion for his craft, he got us excited about a 3d logo sign instead. Mark listened for a minute or two about our business and then began sketching an impressive design. Mark is a gifted artist with an incredible business acumen - a priceless combination for Sign Kwik customers when compared to other local sign shops that simply take orders with little or no value added. Our 3d logo sign was installed last week and adds instant prestige to our small firm and we absolutely adore it!

The HOA referred me to this location. I have never encounter this level of rudeness from a business owner before. The owner Mark, rolled his eyes at me and said "you warn me out" when I asked about the price. All his sales are final. After I bought a mailbox from him, I saw the exact mailbox for less than half of what he charges at another store. I called him on the phone, he said "I need to learn English."
