I called Back Bay Sign more than a month ago and talked to Paul DeSantis. I said I need an Awning for my new office. He asked for measurements and pictures. I sent right away the same day. He said, he will get me a price tomorrow. Then I wait. and wait, and wait. Called him a week later. He said he is still working on the price. He said he will have it by tomorrow morning.
I waited no call, then called the next day, he said he'll have tomorrow again. I called again next day and he stop answering my calls. I emailed him, no answer. Every time I called, the secretary was, may I ask who is calling then ohh he just stepped out but he'll call you today. And guess what no calls for days 4 weeks passed, then I called the office and said, this is not how you do business and this is not professional.
You can't even give me a price for a job? Then I got an email from Paul DeSantis, the job priced at $5,057.81 haha! I called another company and they gave me a price same day, which was $1,750 Back Bay Sign asked 3 times the price I got today. I don't get how businesses like that can stay in business acting like this. Anyways, Do yourself a favor and go with another company because you will be wasting your time with Back Bay Sign LLC.!
