Impressions

Excellent experience all around! It is a great product at a very good price. I received it in shorter time than advertised and came with easy to follow directions. It looks awesome! I will absolutely be using Impressions for any future signage needs!

PLEASE READ. I have been in the process of starting a business and one of the items on my "checklist" was to get some magnets for my vehicle. I searched online and found many companies [of course] however, I wanted to stay local. So I contacted Shelly, gave her the picture files, and picked it up a few days after. Sadly. the color was NOT AT ALL what I was imagining.

I expressed my disappointment (I was so pumped about getting these!) and she DILIGENTLY worked with me to get what I was expecting. She also gave me pointers for the next time so there is no confusion [in the future]. So a big thank you to Shelly for helping me get closer to my business dream!

Shelly has always taken VERY GOOD care of me. Even though sometimes I need it a little quicker than usual.

Well, let me start by saying she listens well! You need to listen to what your customers are asking for and help them through the process and she did just that. We ordered a Gold Wall sign for our new retail location and had it shipped to Canada - It's amazing, looks gorgeous in our location and Shelly did a great job with communications and figuring out exactly what we wanted - Highly recommend!
