I've worked with CP on a few jobs for Clawes Carpets. CP helped me design our sign for our Bristow location. He was great to work with and very quick at getting me estimates and getting the jobs done. I recommend Sign Graphx to everyone who asks me who did our sign. Everyone at Sign Graphx has treated me professionally and with great respect. They are the best.

The customer service here was horrible. I came in on 12/26/18 around 8:15am ish in my pajamas just to get my truck measured. James measured my truck then told me he suggests I "sit in my truck since I'm in my underwear/pajama" I laughed because I honestly thought he was joking. He then repeated it and told me to sit in my truck and he could discuss everything about setting the appointment with my brother.
So I stay outside and realize this is ridiculous. I open the door to the store and ask James if there is any dress code to enter the store and why there isn't a sign up in the store stating customers must be dressed professionally. He says no "it's just ethics to wear proper clothing and not your underwear" I tell him I'm obviously not in my underwear I'm wearing pants. That's when he says "or pajamas".
He also told my brother while I was waiting outside that "no ones probably stopped her from wearing pajamas outside of the house before but you don't wear that outside of your house". Last time I checked, ethics applies to any employee at the establishment NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. My brother then took the truck on 12/28 to get the sticker installed this time it was a designer who helped him so my brother complained about James's rude comments and James comes in and states "this is a Christian-based establishment and she needs to dress appropriately".
How can you tell a customer to dress properly when you yourself come into work IN JEANS! Where is your ethics now?! I am absolutely disgusted by this treatment. I can walk into whatever establishment I want even a doctors office or a lawyers office and will never get stopped because I'm wearing pajamas. It's my choice how I choose to dress and just because it's a "Christian-based establishment" it doesn't mean you can stop a customer because their wearing pajamas especially if you're in fucking jeans yourself AT WORK! I hope management actually does something about this because no customer should be treated like this.
