I have worked with Jay Nagel for over 20 years and he and his staff have provided excellent work in a timely manner over that period of time. His work is superior.

They're an amazing business and helped us so much with everything. Any questions we had they answered right away and got our order correct and fast. The kids loved their trophies and the coaches loved their rings. When we ordered the coaches rings we wasn't sure of the quality of them because of how much they was but the rings are very nice and well made. We'll definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Jay did an amazing job in getting us from a simple sketch on paper to a beautiful new display for our church lobby! He helped us brainstorm and paid special attention to the details to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Upon receiving our signs and putting them up, I realized that I had let a typo slip through (even after NRE reviewed my text and pointed it out to me).

I was in a HUGE bind and needed a last minute recognition item today. My normal place to get this items is not available for fast turn around. NRE knocked it out of the park quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

I've used them several times for laser engraving and routing of wood for a wooden version of a board game I made. They are knowledgable, help teach, and can accommodate many shapes and sizes. They are friendly and have helped throughout the entire process of my project, and the prices are very reasonable!
