Ordered vinyl art for business windows May 5th. Was told they'd be printed and installed late the following week. No courtesy call about any delays, no installation. After having to call back multiple times, finally had to leave a bit of a threatening message that if I didn't hear back I was cancelling the order and disputing the deposit on my card.
Owner finally called back and apologized for the delay, but not for ignoring messages. Install finally occurred on 6/6 (day after my message). Price was good, product and install were fine, just be prepared to stay on top of them.
