I would write 0 stars if I could. I have placed an order back on 6/6/2017 and am still waiting on arrival and it is 10/26/2017. I have emailed, called, left polite messages, left a rude message, all wanting to understand delays. I have ordered multiple name plates and custom sales plaques and have yet to receive a phone call. It is so frustrating as my award plates are custom.
Prior to 2017, I had always received excellent service. I don't understand what happened. are they going out of business and scared to say? Please just communicate with your customers. have a little customer service. If things get delayed, we tend to understand more when you confront the reason.

I ordered a 12 slot Euro Directory. The service was fast and professional. Most importantly as we have more doctors joining the group, I add more names to the directory. The process is always pleasant, professional and fast. Last time they even did not charge me anything for adding another name plate. Highly recommend them.
