IG Signs

Honestly, the worst sign company I have ever had to deal with. Our sign was suppose to be fixed multiple times and be redone because it stopped working. Text after text, phone call after phone call, over a year and nothing is still done. The owner keeps saying he either doesn't have money to fix it or that its a problem in China. Stay so far away from this place.

The Twisted Sugar sign looks great! As is the drive thru sign. Very pleased with the results and will go back again when I am in need of any sign for my business. And they are local, even better.

My wife and i are the owners of Rocket Express Car Wash. Our experiences with IG Signs, who supplied the signage and metal panels for our South Jordan, Utah Rocket Express project, were very unsatisfactory. Chris repeatedly didn't meet commitments he made, and the product we ended up with was not the product we contracted for. Based on our experience we will not even consider this firm in the future.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We spent a lot of money getting new signs installed, as well as existing signs repaired. After less than a year we started having trouble with all the work they did. I would call and call and call and could not get anyone to return my phone calls. We finally went back to Rainbow Signs and got great service.

Horrible experience! I have had many exterior signs for my chain of stores and by far this has been the worst experience. Beware of their Owner & GM they told me many times things were going to be done and weren't.

I bought my first sign with IG in 2011, still looks amazing to this day. which is why i came back to them when i needed another sign needed. Thanks IG!

We purchased an extremely expensive digital sign and have barley been able to ever use it. All of the staff at IG Signs are never their word! Countless appointments were set to train us to use the sign and they never showed or even called to reschedule. Now I have a sign that I cannot use! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Go with another company that cares about their customers and are their word.

Joe and his team at IG Signs have been great to work with! I actually heard about the company through a friend that have used IG Signs for LED Signs. First time I used IG Signs was in 2013 when I was starting a new business. As a young man straight out of college I didn't know much about business, designs, branding, and marketing material. Joe and his team took the time to guide and explain some of the things I may need to get my carpet cleaning business going.

Here are few of the things Joe's team helped me with: Designs for Tshirts, Hats, Business Cards, brochure, poster, banners and vinyl wrap for all of our vans. Since 2013 I have used and recommended IG Signs many times and plan on using them in the near future. The design team is finishing up our new wrap for our vans and they start working on our marketing material for Oahu Beach Gear Rentals next week. I bought two business signs over a year ago, costing just shy of $8K. For this kind of money, you expect perfection. Well, one of the signs was damaged and scratched. Now that I want them to honor their "warranty", they claim it may not be covered. Further, part of the agreement to buy 2 expensive signs, they agreed to give us free window decal signs, and now that we're trying to collect of that agreement, they are refuting it. They may make nice, overpriced signs, but their care and customer care is underwhelming. We are terribly disappointed for such terrible service. s.r.

Very poor customer service and communication. Made several promises for install dates and never showed up. As a customer had to call each time to see why they didn't show up. To many excuses! As a business owner I expect a company to communicate and do what they commit to do.

We searched and searched for a sign company to redo our outdoor sign. They gave us a fair quote, followed through and took care of everything. I don't think I can say enough good things. Unbelievably quick, local and professional company. Can't ask for anything more.
