Decals were great but the customer service was lousy. They don't listen when you are telling them where you want to place decals. Also, was told we would have a proof on Friday but when we went by the shop they said it would be Monday or Tuesday in a very rude manner.

John didn't listen to how I wanted things done, decals was facing in complete opposite direction of one another on my truck doors. The full job wasn't completed because of how frustrated I got in regards to some things, however I paid them the full price for service. I took all the work of which was paid for off my semi truck and took it to a PROFESSIONAL place in West Memphis and was given the service of which I needed. I will NEVER do business with this company anymore.

Lettering is beautiful but the people that work there DOES NOT LISTEN! He does what he thinks you want done then gets an attitude when you correct it! Terrible! So if you want someone that thinks he knows everything that you want and don't listen to your request 1-day Signs is a great option!
