Kevin the owner is a true professional. We manage quite a bit of retail centers, and we can always rely on continental signs for our common area needs, so as our tenant needs. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable codewise and well connected and respected by city inspectors.

Continental Signs installed a sign at my property. They were courteous and the sign looks professional. However, after a couple weeks the sign did not have electricity coming to it. They came out once to inspect it for free, but then had a $250 diagnostics charge for the second visit when we could not figure out what the problem was. I had to hire an electrician afterwards to resolve the sign not getting electricity.

When I called the company to discuss this issue the gentleman on the phone was polite but firm that they could not waive the $250 diagnostics fee. While I understand the need for a company to not lose money on their work I do not feel a $250 fee for a few minutes of follow up work for a customer that spent thousands of dollars on a sign was justified.
