Our carriage house community had 4 mailbox pedestals that were 20 year old shabby. Matt Sprung made replacement easy and cost effective. He handled the process from start to finish--from specifying, ordering and through to installation. He also coordinated communications process with local U.S. Postal management folks. The install crew was amazing--took only 3 hours, including hauling away the old units. Lykins is good!

Just had our mailbox repainted by Lykins-Signtek and they did a beautiful job. Our community has custom mailboxes with a unique paint treatment and not many sign companies can accomplish it. Lykins made it look brand new! Very pleased.

While we are used to using you for our truck and van signage at Acres Plumbing, we needed some office signage to aid in delievers to limit access to our main office (virus) to our back recieving area. I've been using Lykins for my sign installations for several years for my office park. They always do a great job and I often refer them to my tenants for their signs.

They designed and cut our vinyl lettering for our boat. EXCELLENT is my review, from the guy that designed it to our specifications to the lettering and the price! We installed ourselves and it was easy to do, no problems at all! Would use them again for sure.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor customer service, poor communication, and numerous excuses regarding delays. Several weeks after putting a deposit down, I was told my sign would be installed on a Monday. Later that Monday, I called to inquire about the sign's status. They told me the sign had already been installed, while I was standing outside the building where the sign was clearly NOT installed.

After I showed them photographic evidence of this fact, they promised to install the sign the following Monday. Monday rolled around and I called to confirm the installation. I was informed in writing that "several bigger jobs came up which took priority" so the sign would not be installed that day after all. Throughout this whole frustrating process, my emails and messages were repeatedly ignored. Finally, the owner told me (as he has mentioned in responses to several other dissatisfied reviewers) "they've been in business for 20 years". That does not give them the right to treat paying customers so poorly. Would not do business here again!

I wrote my previous review due to frustration over a few issues we had earlier this year. I have since spoken with the general manager and Sharon and they corrected the problems we were having in a very professional manner. Lykin's Signtek is and has been a great company for many years and we will continue to do business with them for many years!
