Simplex Signs

Simplex was tremendous to work with. They went above and beyond in both their execution of the installation and the face-to-face interaction with our client. They helped them with the software and provided us with all of the necessary documentation for the project. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Very quick and prompt service. I thought I would be writing a very different review, because we were told our sign would be put up on a Friday, the day of our Grand Opening was Saturday, the next day. Around 4pm on Friday we realized they didn't show up! Tried to call no answer, so of course I read the reviews and was shattered, because there are a few bad ones! BUT, as my daughter arrived to our store the next morning, at 9am, the sign had already been put up! You rock Simplex Image Solutions! Winterberries Yarn is very happy with the sign and the service we received!

I had a tight deadline and needed signage for a golf outing that required bespoke individual signs for each of the paid sponsors. The staff at Simplex were courteous, professional and went out of their way to make the process seamless. the signs turned out fantastic and all of the sponsors were so impressed with the signs that they ended up taking them home when they left! thank you EVERYONE at Simplex for making my golf outing a HUGE success! i highly recommend Simplex!

7/12/2017 Simplex is not a honest or trustworthy company! I gave Ben an $8000.00 deposit and he didn't complete the promised work or a sign. Hired a lawyer, won in court and still fighting to get my money back!

This company used to be good many years ago, but because if not being able to handle growth properly, it has gone entirely down hill. What started out as a young ambitious, honest man fresh out of a small detailing business back in the mid-nintys, has turned into a ExtremelyGreedy, Unethically and completly un-honest man named Ben. My experience with Simplex signs has been despicable. I would steer clear away at getting a sign made from Simplex, and would have to assume that there time left in business in East Stroudsburg is quite limited. BE-WHERE!

Simplex has handled many projects for me over the years and every time the quality exceeds my expectations. Outdoor signs, indoor signs, vinyl, wraps, neon, fabrication, installation. They can do it all. Their attention to detail, customer service and quick turn-around is always much appreciated. I highly recommend Simplex Image Solutions.

Ordered a neon sign from this company. Took almost 3 months to get it. Awful communication skills. Will not do business with them ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a sign company. I ordered a couple of signs from them, and paid cash upfront. Five weeks went by and I had still not received the signs. After much calling and complaining one of the signs was delivered. The quality of the sign was horrible. There were bubbles everywhere, and it looked like it had been made that morning before they delivered it.

When we went to put the sign up, it did not fit. It was 3/8' too big. When we asked them to cut the 3/8" off, they took the sign back and re cut it. They did not account for the width of the blade, and cut 1/2" off. At this point the sign was too small. They then had to take the sign back to remake it. We then waited another extended period of time for them to bring us the sign back.

When we called to inquire as to how long we would have to wait for the sign to be fixed, the owner of Simplex Signs, Ben, screamed at us over the phone. He would not accept blame for anything \that had taken place, and claimed that we were at fault for his company's lack of professionalism. We never got the sign, and ended up having another company make our sign.

The new company had the sign done with professional quality in under a week. We are now fighting with Simplex Signs to get our money back (because we paid upfront). They have told us that they will not give us a refund, and now we have to take them to small claims court. Never use Simplex Signs, and furthermore, never pay for their services upfront!

I have to agree with all the other reviews. These people are not honest. I dropped off a neon light to be repaired and they said 4 to 6 weeks. Its 4 months later and all i get is lies and the run around. They have told me my sign is repaired and I've been in to pick it up twice. When i get there they don't have my sign. Why do they act this way. If there is a problem they should just say so. I just want back my property at this point. Ill take it somewhere else!

Simplex Signs has been the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. My company used Simplex Sign to put up our building sign and after numerous delays, a host of feeble excuses and numerous empty promises, the sign was put up over a month and a half late, was slanted at an angle and would not even work. After being told that is was a faulty "power box" that would be fixed quickly, another several weeks went by with only more excuses and empty guarantees.

I had the sign opened up and discovered there were not even any lights in the sign- it was an empty shell. I have discovered that this company has taken advantage of numerous other clients in the Poconos. Please avoid that struggle that we have had to go through with this group of dishonest individuals and use another company.
