TM West

We recently moved into a house that had the boiler fitted by TM west plumbing by the previous owners. Unfortunately the previous owners had requested a very strange set up and we were unable to figure out how to get the heating system to work. I phoned TM West and they were fantastic. They sent Mark around who took plenty of time to explain how to use the system (as it's really not as expected).

Then just over a month later we had issues with the immersion heater (not installed by TM West). As I am due to go into labour any day now I was extremely anxious about not having hot water for a bath. I phoned up and Mark came out again and we realised that the immersion heater was on it's way out limiting the amount of hot water we could get to a couple of mins only.

Mark ordered a replacement part and came back the same day to fit it. This service is unbelievable and really appreciated with baby's arrival so imminent. This has restored and improved our hot water system so much. We are looking to have a combi boiler installed in the next 12 months and would not consider using any other plumbing services. TM West have really been heating heros for us. Thank you.

We have had our bathroom & ensuite refurbished by TM West. First class fittings, tiling & flooring & electrics all included, by a professional plumber & craftsman. The result is superb. We are delighted. Highly recommended.

Can't fault TM West. Staff are polite and very accommodating especially in respect of fixing up a convenient appointment. Engineer who called to do a boiler service was professional. I've also used for a job at the office recently. And more importantly, they always turn up!

We're great at responding to an urgent boiler issue. Quick turnaround from first assessment and organising a fix which for this time of year was of great benefit. Would recommend.

We had recommendations from two separate people for TM West. They have completed two jobs for us since: a boiler installation and a bathroom development - neither job was without its' technical challenges! TM West completed both tasks to a high standard. and both were on budget & on time. John, Neil & the rest of the team were great to deal with.

I have used TM West for many jobs over the last 14 years. They have never let me down. Most recently we had a new bathroom designed and fitted which was done fantastically well - and for the price quoted even though there was more work that needed doing than they expected. Also, the week before Christmas my Mother-In-Law's boiler finally died. Martin arranged a replacement and fitting within 2 days which meant I didn't have to worry about her getting cold over Christmas.

A great relief. I really cannot praise TM West enough. It's true that they are not always the cheapest plumbers - but you get what you pay for in life. If you want people who keep working until the job is complete or problem fixed, and that do it for the price quoted, you cant go wrong.

We use TM West regularly and they have always been very good. They have just installed a new boiler for us. The work was completed on time and to budget by a friendly and knowledgeable crew. Everything is now working well. No hesitation in recommending them for any job, big or small.

I called out TM West at 8.20pm on Saturday night after water poured through the kitchen light. Their man arrived within the hour and a problem under the bath tub was repaired before match of the day! I was told I would be charged the minimum out of hours charge of 108 but the service was excellent.

What a wonderful company! Right from the off I was very impressed. Martin came round to see what I needed doing - a new shower/tiling/bath panels/gas fire installation and gas safety checks. He was on time and a really affable chap. Martin sent me the quote promptly and it was a very competitive price, much better than others I had obtained. After this was accepted the job was booked in. Graham - the plumber assigned to this massive task - was a pleasure to have around (my two children still ask about him!).

The job was done brilliantly and even though a number of hitches emerged when the old fire came out, Graham always had the solution. Thanks ever so much, TM West, I'll certainly be using you again.

After using TM West for more than 10 years. I was absolutely disgusted by how they treated me. I had issues with a boiler which went on for over a year, I had 3 different plumbers from TM West come out to look at it and each one gave me a different diagnosis. I spent nearly 600 with them on repairs that didn't fix the problem, then finally the last repair they did caused my boiler to explode.

I was left having to spend another 2000 on a new boiler. When I rang up to complain the boss John Ambler put the phone down on me. Do not use this company, they are cowboys who don't care about the customer.

I did some freelance graphic design work for these people (owner's names are Alex and Dimitry). They never paid in full for my services, still owe me around $300. Sleazy, low class people. By the way, I've heard they moved their office to Chicago.
