We worked with Chris at Michael's signs when we bought a new store. The signage badly needed updating and Chris was patient, attentive and kept us updated on the detailed process of ordering two custom signs. He worked with us on the new designs and colors and as we made changes along the way he wasn't phased. Now the store looks like new, professional and updated.
